操作数控机床，按图纸要求加工并检验产品，确保产品质量，按时完成产量，及时的发现并解决生产过程中遇到的设备或产品问题。 Operate CNC lathe, machine and inspect parts as drawing description to ensure the quality, finish output as schedule, any equipment or production problems found in process should be solved in time.


主要工作职责(7 ±2条) Principle Duties and Responsibilities (7 ±2 items)
§ 负责数控机床的操作、维护与日常保养，熟悉机床的性能与基本构造； Responsible for CNC lathe operation, maintenance and daily maintenance, understand the function and basic structure of the lathe; § 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求对产品进行处理确保产品质量； Mark parts and batch as production schedule. Machining parts as drawing’s description to ensure the quality; § 协助分析，处理和解决质量问题，并提出改进方案； Assist in analyzing, processing and solving quality problem, also provide improvement suggestion; § 与质检部门积极配合，确保加工产品质量稳定。发现量具有失准现象及时通知其主管，由质检部校对； Coordinating with QC department actively, notify the supervisor immediately if find the gage with deviation and confirmed by QC department; § 与技术部门协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题； Coordinating with engineering department to solve the technical problem and solve shop floor problem with the suggestion provided; § 协助工艺工程师合理安排本道工序工艺、夹具、刀具，确保工艺方案在本道工序的合理性； Assist process engineers in the arrangement of process, fixture and tools to ensure the process is reasonable; § 按要求填写有关机床和产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、测量记录、设备保养记录； Fill in documents and data about lathe and products. Documented operating record and equipment maintenance well; § 完成其他质量管理体系方面的工作并积极协助配合相关部门工作的完成； Implement other work of quality system and help other departments to complete it; § 搞好工作区域内的卫生，严格遵守相关的安全规定，不得违规操作； Maintain 5S in working area. Follow safety regulation strictly and can’t act against instruction; § 完成上级委派的其他任务。 Implement the temporary work assigned by immediate superior;
