Assisting purchasing manager in accomplishment for the execution and management of purchasing tasks; purchasing services, materials, components and products per specifications;
协助采购经理完成采购工作的实施与管理；根据规范采购服务、材料、部件和产品；
Supplier selection, qualification, development, and overall supplier management;
供应商选择、资格、发展、整体供应商管理；
To schedule material purchasing plan and place PO on time, negotiate and make purchase contract
编制材料采购计划并实施采购，商议和签订采购合同；
To prepare analysis report for purchasing activities;
编制单项采购活动的分析总结报告；
To drive material inventory control and cost reduction with team member to meet KPI;
带动组员致力于原材料库存的控制和成本的降低，并满足设定的关键考核指标；
To complete any other assignments required by the immediate supervisor.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作；
Responsible for all training/coaching/working experience sharing activities for team member.
负责对组员的培训指导和经验分享工作。
任职资格：
Committed to integrity and dealing honestly and fairly;
遵守诚信原则，公平公正；
5 years experience or above in material purchasing and familiar with logistics procedure;
5年以上物料采购工作经验并熟悉物流管理业务流程；
Excellent communication, negotiations, influence and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships and support internal customers;
优秀的沟通、谈判、影响力和分析能力，具有管理、发展供应商关系和支持内部客户的能力;
Strong team player and willing to growth, hard work and detail oriented.
具有较强的团队精神,愿意成长，努力工作，认真细致。
