1.Establish and maintain Zimmer Biomet Operating System (ZBOS) tools for Changzhou plant.
2.Assist VSM leader in the planning development, coordination, support, and execution of high impact (immediate and long term) improvement plans for effective and sustainable cost saving initiatives while making sure the ZBOS initiatives are aligned with customer focused metrics. Develops project charters with Champion and local leadership support.
3.Work with financial representatives across the business to validate ZBOS project justification and success.
4.Initiate/participate in selfdevelopment and training others. Train and mentor Green Belt Practitioners were needed based on resource needs.
5.Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
6.Responsible for training and development of direct reports.
7.Other work as assigned.
资格要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering related.
2.Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment, work in a medical device company is a plus
3.Experience of Lean Production dept. management in a Multi-National Corporation is prefer
4.Excellent project management experience.
5.Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems. Leading MES is preferred.
