Principle Duties and Responsibilities
AP Invoice timely review and booking;
Employee reimbursement timely review and booking;
Advance Payment review,booking and clearing
Check and Confirm Vendor/Employee master Data
Proposal payment runs in SAP
AP Aging / Advance Aging report analysis;
GR/IR Clearing;
GIT report review & Interco AP reconciliation:
Interco AR weekly review;
AR invoice issue as required by local Taxation Bureau;
PRC Fin Report
Monthly & Quarterly Tax Online Declaration;
Water and electricity tax return;
Other tasks assigned by Accounting supervisor and Finance Manager.


Expected Areas of Competence
Be familiar with Purchase to Pay process
Be familiar with T&E Policy
Good analysis on AP, AR, GR/IR etc
SAP systems experience, preferred
Good communication skills
Reasonable English
Responsible , Disciplined and Multi-tasked
